Le vérificateur lors de la remise de la voiture nous a attribué des dommages qui étaient déjà sur la voiture. Il a fait le tour de la voiture 3 fois afin de trouver quelque chose.
Conseil: Vérifier également l'intérieur des portes lors de la prise de possession de la voiture.
Ce que peu de gens font. Ce petit conseil nous aurait fait épargné 392 euros (653$).

- - Debit card denied by the agency despite in-person reservation; car was available 30min later, I was charged though I didn't take it, and I want a refund.
No answer to a request : ma carte de débit n'a pas été acceptée par lagance alors que j'ai fait la réservation en direct avec l'agent sur place, qui avait vu ma carte et mon permis. J'ai réservé une voiture pour 30minutes après.
Je n'ai donc pas bloqué une voiture, elle était disponible et j'ai malgré tout du la payer alors que je ne l'ai pas prise.
C'est inconcevable et malhonnête. J'aimerais être normalement remboursée pour une voiture que je n'ai pas utilisée et qui venait tout juste d'être réservée.

They decide what they want to take from you and there is no flexibility. No customer service aside from an email address with one person who is clearly overwhelmed. They don't even sell directly, opting instead to use terrible third parties so they can say they can't help you after (like when a hotel or airline tells you they can't help you because you used an online travel agent)use Avis, Sixt, noleggio...anything else !!!

You sent me an email regarding 3 traffic violation tickets I have received during my car rent.
However, you did not send me the full scan of the tickets, including the QR code that allows me to pay them online.
I would appreciate it if you could send me the 3 full violation papers, including a link where I can pay them. Thank you!
