Lost order

Italist - Lost order
I placed an order CB-0000615 almost a year ago and per their email the merchandise supposed to some from Italy. Due to Covid, the shipment was delayed at customers clearance for months. I placed one order but for some reason it was split into two orders of which I have never received, especially sunglasses which were kept at border due to custom clearance. However, after months of long wait, Then they claim it was delivered but I never received it. I want a full refund for this order.
