ITailor never responded to my requested communication. The tuxedo shirt I custom ordered was too small, too short, and the sleeves were 2 inches short.
The fabric was coarse, not finely woven. I tried to return it but the company did not respond, only put me in touch with PIS consumers as their customer service.
Very poor customer service and communications See above comments. It took me several tries to understand their ordering system.
