Ask me to go to shop to get money back or exchange

When first time I went shop to return they told me to contact manufacturer.

They could have change but when I went to return after getting email from company to go back to shop manager told me they were not sure what to do

Hello,

I received my package yesterday, but unfortunately, the box was very oily and appeared to have been opened. I can provide pictures of the item and the condition in which I received the package. Additionally, the luggage inside the box is also oily.

I kindly request a solution, either a replacement luggage or a refund.

No Ive not received refund as they said it was my thought I didnt get receipt from the petrol station I sent it with

I was in a muddle as my mum had just died because Im a disabled lady in electric wheelchair too

They said the would collect it but first time yodel didnt turn up so thats when I took it to garage

I did order another which was smaller

They ticket I have sent you was where it was surpose to be sent too & the other picture is the case number on it

Damaged large suitcase.

We purcased 2 large suitcases and 2 small carry on suitcases, all matching in light cream colour from Matalan in Kidderminster, Worcestershire in April 2021.

Since then my wife and I have been on 7 International holidays but unfortunately 1 large suitcase is damaged (photos enclosed)

Because it was 2 years since purchase we can no longer find the Matalan receipt.

Please acknowledge receipt of this email and let me have your comments.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The lady I spoke to got back to me to tell me the product I ordered is out of stock. Issued a full refund, and offered me free delivery on another item.

Today I was chasing up my order. It should have been dispatched yesterday and delivered today, but I have not received an email to confirm.

I got through to reception as customer service has no landlines. You'll was very helpful.

She is going to contact the warehouse to see what's happening and is going to get back to me. I will see how it goes, hopefully it will be sorted and delivered soon.

Roller legs fell off.. When I bought the luggge it says that it has a 10 yr warrant.

I just got back from a trip and one of the roller legs came off.

Please get in touch with me concerning the 10 yr Warranty.. I also purchased another 32" Spinner, took it on a trip and when I got it back at the Airport, one spinner was totally gone and it had a crack in the body 1/2 way up the side.

i just disposed of that one.

But, it's too much having them break like that.

Thanks for your attention to this matter. I do have receipts for BOTH bags..
