Iswag Custom Designs

I ordered a Packers jacket on Dec 6 2016 and it is Jan 10 2017 and i have not received my order yet. I have the order number and they took my money on Dec 7. I have called and sent messages with no response.

Wish I would have researched all these reviews first! Ordered a Steelers jacket and Washington Redskins was on the back.

I emailed them and got a response that they would look into it. Then nothing.

I've called and emailed every week for three months and nothing. Ugh.

Ordered a Steelers hoodie and it's Steelers on the front and Washington Redskins on the back how ***! can't get ahold of nobody on the 1-800 number and cannot find an address to turn into Better Business Bureau this sucks who in the *** would wear this? I mean come on man you had one job and screwed it up bad whoever you are

My husband is a big raiders and we are a raiders household. I decided to find a hoody for him to celebrate their victory wins this season.

I googled and iswag custom designs had one that was perfect. I ordered it nov.13th and paid for it. Its January 3 and iahve not received my item.

My tracking number doesnt work and no one has reached out. Dont order from ISWAG CUSTOM DESIGNS.

I ordered 3 jackets, 2 giants and 1 cowboys. Received all 3 by Christmas, not happy with the items I received, they told me there would be a different address to return the jackets to but did not include the address, now they have stopped answering any and all emails.

I have left phone message which says they will call back immediately.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card and urge anyone else having an issue with this company to do the same. If you do file a dispute and can gain access to any type of correspondence with Iswag, make sure to take screen shots or keep a copy of the messages for the dispute.

Ordered two jackets on Dec. 8th, was told there was no tracking information but was promised to deliver by Christmas.

It is now Jan. 8th and I have sent daily messages, emails, and voicemails since Dec. 25th with no response.

Their checkout system has been taken down along with their messenger and Facebook page. This is definitely a scam and I have reported them to a couple of agencies.

I ordered a greenbay jacket from Iswag, they wont respond to any messages. They show my order fulfilled on their sight but nothing was shipped.

They told my wife they would send us tracking nearly a month ago but never did. I turned them into the better business Bureau today.

Ordered a hoodie at the beginning of December and of course within a day the charge came out of my bank. As of today, January 11th still no hoodie and the website will not track order, tells me I dont have an account through my email address (even though they EMAILED my tracking # to me).

20+ phone calls where i had to leave messages (and emails) and NO RESPONSE!! $68 lesson learned!

I ordered a Cowboys Jacket on dec 15. Its now Jan 9 and i still have not recieved my jacket. Im really pissed at this point because nobody was responding on the messenger and the phone number doesnt work What should i do?

Ordered raiders jacket for nephew size 4x iacket was maybe a large. No one will answer my emails or calls to find out about refund.
