Hello I am contacting you for my truck ( VIN# JALC4W162E700****) : 1/ truck had an issue (exhaust line light on)and i went to McKinney in Texas ( Isuzu dealer )to fix it . After paying the service fee as soon as i left the shop i realized the same issue Is not resolved 2/ the dealer will charge me again because the diagnostic test has different code.
And i have to pay another fees I trust the dealer and paid at the first time however I feel that i paid for nothing . My truck with dealer for more than a month , i am not able to work or make any money with my track for more than five weeks because its wise at the dealership.
Preferred solution: Full refund
