Out of experience, this company doesn't care about their customers. Also, their 24-48 hour response time is a lie.
I'm waiting more than 2 months for my order to arrive. After they lost my first order, I was promised to get it if I replaced the order. After replacing, it's now 5 weeks ago. Not one single update has been received.
Also, the DHL link they provided is not valid. DHL support says this tracking ID is fake and does not exist. I spent almost $100 for 1 band plus shipping, and waiting 2 months now, and I don't know what to do. I have already sent 5 emails to their support.
They promised a reply in 24-48 hours, but not a single reply has come; it's already 1.5 weeks, and I have become mad and lost patience as I feel scammed. They replied after 2 weeks that they will close my ticket because of my 'language' used. This is how you can detect a scam company: if they refuse to reply to your messages and come up with some BS to shake you off. Reading the other reviews, I see that this company is just scamming people.
I am sad about losing my money and my patience for 2 months, only to end up losing my money and not receiving any order or reply. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company.

I received my tracking number but until now i didnt receive my parcel. The status says READY FOR COLLECTION but supposed to be door to door.
Ready for collection here in Mew Zealand but i dont know where to collect
The problem with istrap no contact details with the website.
So disappointed! Ive ordered the item but until now i didnt receive the item!
