Issaquah Pit Stop --dishonest & incompetent
I stopped in to the Issaquah Pit stop to get my wiper blades changed. After about twenty minutes, the kid who was working on it came back in and said to the boss (whom I was talking to at the time) that he had a really hard time getting the wiper blades off and if it weren't for one of his fellow mechanics, he wouldn't have been able to figure it out. Not only did they charge me an exorbitant amount for new wiper blades, but they managed to bend the wiper arm so badly the wiper blade would no long tough the windshield. When I confronted them about the damage they became extremely rude and denied any responsibility. Do yourself a favor-- avoid this incompetent and dishonest shop at all costs, or it will cost you--big time! Now I have to buy a complete new wiper arm that wil cost me an extra $100 bucks to fix!
