Corrupt Judge
Very devastated with this corrupt "judge". I should have investigated him and read his reviews before filing a claim at his court.
I suggest you investigate him also. I wouldn't be shocked if he got paid under the table by the defendant, Shriki Shlomi. I sued the defendant in his court, who is someone that is running a fraud ring in Austin and Houston, and not only scammed me but has scammed multiple clients. The defendant is affiliated with multiple air duct cleaning companies that are not registered with the state of Texas.
These multiple air duct cleaning companies have different fake addresses that don't exist, and with different fake reviews. I hired an air duct cleaning service called "TEXAS RIGHT CHOICE" to come and work at my condominium. Another company named "THE STEAMERS" showed up instead and after verifying and calling "Texas Right Choice", they stated they both are affiliated. I trusted them after the "owner", defendant Shriki Shlomi, called me and promised me that they were going to do a great job and "take care of me" if I gave them a chance and so I did.
The Steamers were supposed to install air ducts at my condominium and install a brand-new AC and condenser and remove MOLD that THEY STATED that "I had and was in dire need of their help in order to remove the mold BEFORE IT GOT WORSE IN THE SUMMERTIME". They installed the new condenser and AC and only installed air ducts in two areas out of the four. They DID NOT remove the mold. They installed a brand-new AC system in an area that is infested with MOLD.
After arguing back and forth with the defendant and having them come to my residence multiple times, the defendant finally agreed to finish a few of the tasks but not all since NOW he was stating that I did NOT HAVE MOLD. After the THIRD visit and an appointment for the FOURTH visit and attempt to resolve this issue, I refused any other work at my residence since later I found other discrepancies with their work (did not install an ultraviolet light like they said they did) and no longer trusted them at my residence. I advised them that I was going to speak with Synchrony Bank that made the loan and request a portion of the money back. After several months of debating back and forth with Synchrony Bank and showing them evidence of the poor quality of work that they did and the mold that I still had, they still REFUSED to refund me a portion of the money and wouldn't even give me or send me a letter explaining why.
Since "The Steamers" stated that I had mold at first and then stated that I no longer had mold and since I am not a mold expert, I hired a mold inspection company to verify if I really had mold or not. The company stated that I actually DID have mold. I sued Shlomi Shriki in the court of Israel B. Garcia Jr.
and made an attempt to present all the facts that I had gathered against the defendant. I had pictures of the mold, statement from the mold inspector saying I had mold, missing air ducts, and the poor quality of work they provided, screenshots of text messages regarding the mold, screenshots of fake reviews of all of his different companies with different fake nonexistent addresses, I had a new estimated cost with a new company that IS registered with the state of Texas of what would cost to fix what the defendant did not finish and a statement letter from him and his findings. Judge Israel B. Garcia Jr.
REFUSED to see most of my evidence. He only looked at a few pictures that I had and that was ONLY AFTER I asked him if he could PLEASE review them. He began asking ME what exactly were the pictures of. It came to the point where he was NOT asking the defendant any question where I, myself had to ASK if it was okay for me to cross examine the defendant.
The judge allowed me to cross examine the defendant. I asked the defendant if he was affiliated with multiple companies other than the "Steamers". He refused to answer the question first but finally admitted to doing so. I showed him pictures of the companies that were part of his fraud ring, and he admitted to being affiliated with some of them.
He DENIED BEING AFFILIATED WITH "TEXAS RIGHT CHOICE"! The very first company I actually contacted!! I immediately turned to the Judge and advised him that the defendant just lied and committed perjury under oath in his court by saying that he was NOT affiliated with "TEXAS RIGHT CHOICE". The judge's response: "There is nothing wrong with someone being affiliated with other companies..." I advise the Judge that the defendant was using these multiple companies that are not registered with the state with fake addresses in order to elude and evade consumers from suing him and continue scamming innocent consumers.
The judge turned to the defendant and asked him if his companies of affiliates were registered with the state. The defendant got very nervous and admitted to NOT being registered with the state. The judge's response: "hm..." The defendant then very nervously stated that he actually did provide me with a resolution but that I denied them from coming back to my residence. He did not state it took them three attempts.
He then continued on stating that his company and affiliates DONT EVEN DO MOLD REMEDIATION and for that reason nothing was done about the mold. The judge asked me if I had started the process with the new company on fixing what "The Steamers" were supposed to complete and I stated "no". Of course, I stated "no" because I did not have the money to hire someone else to fix the problem. THAT WAS THE REASON WHY I WAS IN HIS COURT!...I only had an estimate from the new company and ready to start working when I would win the case.
And with that, Judge Israel B. Garcia Jr. ruled against me. I was so shocked that the Judge at least didn't question on why they would even negligently install a brand-new AC in a mold infested area IF they don't do mold remediation.
I was shocked that I lost but not as shocked as the defendant that he actually had to ask and hear it TWICE from the judge that he had won. The poor judgement of "Judge" Israel Garcia Jr. just let a scam artist walk free and continue on with scamming innocent consumers. Thanks to him, many more consumers will be scammed by these CRIMINALS!
I will soon report the defendant will the BBB and other sites where I will provide all evidence and pictures against this company and its affiliates. For all consumers, don't ever trust companies that are NOT registered with the state or not registered with BBB. Don't agree to do any work with them if they don't have a LOCAL and authentic business address.
Always make sure you read all reviews (Search "The Steamers" on Facebook and see how fake their reviews are. Reviews from people that don't even exist.) Israel, I am glad Karma exist causing your car being broken into and having all your crap stolen!

This is a fraud company
So , this is the worst law firm you can go with . This morning I went to the court thinking anytime my lawyer will show up .
5 min before my court time this lawyer shows up who doesn't even know my name properly and knows nothing about my case . Apparently , my lawyer Israel Garcia calls him last min and asks him to cover for me as he was in for some other client .In the courtroom he asks he if I can give him some information about my case really ??? My lawyer had no courtesy to inform me in the morning he won't be able to make it or atleast inform and prepare the lawyer who was covering up . The lawyer who was apparently covering for me , he had a client who he was representing .
So his focus was him only , he took his client away from the judge room to prepare him for good amount of time . Meanwhile they announced my name several times I missed my turn because of him.I had to ask the cop lady to please get my lawyer as the judge literally said we are waiting for him . Then he arrived all prepped up with his client . What about me???
. I go straight to the district attorney without any prep .i am not suppose to speak , but in the room I felt I am representing myself. When I got out miss Irene who was with the judge asked me to leave and pay by mail as papers were not ready . This law office called me and this lady on the phone calls me a liar that I didn't pay court as I was suppose to .
She said she spoke to DA and the prosecutor - I am lying .how ? I did exactly what miss Irene told me to do - go home pay by mail .And when I asked for my money back she said you can do what ever I wish . So is this fair ? These lawyers think they are the law makers and they can do anything .
I paid 165$ for something which I could have done myself which I did as my lawyer had no clue about my case .So don't get fooled , do it yourself .

Laura Santos a month agoThe attorney didn't show up in the court, we call him and his answer was "he was far away, and that's it." It is completely lack of professionalism because we paid for nothing. I didn't recommend this kind of attorney.
Supposedly client pay for representation and he doesn't know what it mean. Helpful? Sarai James 1 review a month ago Worst customer service. I gave him a down payment for my case yet the attorney has not even looked at my case and its been more then two months.

I hired this lawyer at the recommendation of a state trooper for family law (child support). At first he quoted me $3,500.00, but then said he was going to get expert witness testimony and DNA and a Private investigator but that he needed an additional $2,000.00.
He went to court the next day and got the case dismissed and told me that I did not owe child support. Two months later my wages were garnished. When I told him what happened he told me that he was no longer my attorney and hung up. I reported him to a non-profit organization that mediates between lawyers and clients.
He sent me back a bizarre note claiming that he was being framed by me, the trooper and his para-legal that was in a adulterous relationship with the trooper. I showed the note to the para-legal. She agreed to pay me $2,000.00 cash out of her pocket at a Waffle House. Like some sort of drug deal.
I met her there and she gave me the cash.

Rude and disrespectful and awful attorney
We hired this attorney for a case regarding a ticket the first time we went to court one of his employees showed up that did not know how to handle the case instead of dismissing the case. They sent him to trail on the day of the trail the attorney never showed up since we had called him to withdraw from the case and he did not do it before the trail that we could not hire another attorney its been a month I been calling his office to get this attorney to send a withdraw to the court so I can pay the ticket and this attorney had not the time to do this withdraw every time I call the Secretary never have an answer for me I will never refer no one to this person one day I talked to me he was the most rude and arrogant person I could talk to he raised his voice to me while I was just asking him a question till this day I am waiting for him to withdraw from my husbands case so we can can pay his ticket but if he does not withdraw there is nothing I can do at the court. I will write reviews so people can know what kind of firm your are dealing with and if you call any other number in his office the persons do not speak English this has been the worst experience in my life.

Israel B Garcia - Houston Attorney With Arrest Record
I always research people before I give them my business. I had a minor traffic ticket that I needed help with and started searching Google.
I came across a guy named Israel B. Garcia in Houston (where the traffic citation was given). I did a Google search for his name and the first thing that popped up was a mugshot of him. Then I saw a video where he was vandalizing a building and got caught on a security camera.
Needless to say, I didn't even bother calling him after I found out this information.
How does the State of Texas allow criminals to practice law? What a scam.
I don't think it's at all fair that Attorney Rogelio Garcia gets websites to remove posts about him that are truthful. I also don't think it's fair that he deceptively enters into mutual injunction agreements just so he can post what he wants about his enemies without rebuttal.
Rogelio Garcia thinks he is the only one in this country that deserves the right of free speech apparently. Stop being a bully dude.
Furthermore I am not at all happy learning that someone has been sending text messages claiming to be me. I am not at all happy that this someone is behind pressuring someone else to sign legal documents either.
Rogelio Garcia needs to school his current victim on the RICO Act. I suggest he ask PissedConsumer to remove the posts here about Israel before I comment on all of them. I also suggest he remove the videos productions you made of me where I littered. I also suggest he stop trying to illustrate others in a twisted light or I will AGAIN publish the entire ugly truth about him.
Yeah he can make the truth about me look bad but no one that loves me loves me any less. The truth about him however will save numerous people from a lot of pain. He and everyone else better think long and hard about giving me more cause to expose your criminal ***. This isn't Mexico you turd.

Of course I can't tell him not to sue me for 5 million as he is demanding for my so called defamation of him. I am fine with asking the court to re-imburse me for costs and with defending my right to free speech. I'm also fine with publishing anything and everything that is a perceived threat by him to try to frame me again. I will be commenting everywhere online that he posted information about my so called vandalizing of his property that the case was dismissed.
I'll also be letting them know it was because he lied. I have the right to exonerate myself from this persecution and I will. So I think the dream team better think of a nice way to handle this. The only way I'll agree to anything now is if my requests are being honored.
He already breeched one agreement so you all will just have to take my word for it that I won't post if he won't. Now get to work and do as I ask please.

This guy is the DUMBEST lawyer in the city. I hired this character represent me on a ticket with some moving violations.
His office assured me that he would get them dismissed or go to trial. On the date of the hearing a big boy wearing a circa 1970 polyster suit with a toupee on his head for hair shows up. This guy starts screaming talking loud and generally intimidating people. Come to find out this is ISRAEL B GARCIA JR.
This SCAM ARTIST proceeds to do the same to me and threatens to withdraw from my case on the trial date. I ended up paying the fines.
I come to find out that this scammer FLUNKED THE BAR THREE TIMES AND CANT SPELL CAT IF THEY SPOT HIM THE C AND THE T. He also went to a communiy college ACC and only transferred for last semester to a good university.

This lawyer hired me to work on his house to redo some carpentry work at his home. After one week of work approximately $1,500.00 worth of time and material, he refused to pay me.
Not only that after I came back to pick up my working tools, he informed me that not only was he not going to pay me but he gave my working tools away. I was able to locate them with the person he gave them too and the tools were promptly returned. This guy is a thief! stay away from him.
He uses several names Israel, Junior, Israel Betancourt, Israel Garcia Jr. , Israel Betancourt Garcia.
He is always trying to confuse people with the names he uses. If he is willing to do this to me im sure he can do that to other employees.
