Resolved: ISpring DF2
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. In fact, it wasn't the company who resolved the problem; It was thanks to someone who read about my "plight" and understood what was happening.
That person kindly explained what I should do to correctly install the water softener.
Thank you again to that person. Can't say that I am impressed by the company's attitude !
Unfortunately, the cartridge is too big and will not fit in the allotted space. It is too high which means I cannot screw the upper part of the water filter into place.

The handle on my wrench broke trying to remove the blue canister, so I could replace the filter, I tried to fix it with no success. Now I have to order a new wrench

Nick, your handling of my Isprings equipment problem was well done. You were a good listener when I was describing the problem and you did not hesitate to send me a completely new unit after the check valve had been replaced and the system still didn't work.
As the system was originally ordered for 2105 Cedar Ave while Danilo was living at the 2247 Mclauglin Ave Apt #3 so the replacement unit was initially sent there.
When I notified you of the error, you corrected the delivery while in route. Well done Nick!

Major break from one of the canisters.
Had a major leak in one of the canisters. Spoke with Sean about the problem, sent him all info but have not heard back from the company.
Sent another email and called but still no answer.
All I need is a replacement canister. Please help.

Hi Paulla, The cartridge has an insert that needs to be removed before you can install the new cartridge. We have no records of you contacting iSpring in our email system searching by your name in our system.
