I too was a recent "dead bugging" victim. These questionable 'experts' told my landlord our entire 44 unit complex was completely infested with bedbugs.

NOT! I KNOW I couldn't possibly have bedbugs cause my entire bed is brand NEW fresh from the factory STILL encased in its original plastic. Yet, Isotech claims they found 2 DEAD (?) bedbugs. I was at a doctor's appointment of course when they came to "diagnose" this fake infestation.

When they came to bomb my unit, I refused them entry. Consequences be damned cause last time they fogged my unit, I came home from my sister's house and promptly began to experience uncontrollable nausea. Whatever that toxic stuff they use contains, it makes me SERIOUSLY ILL. BTW: When I changed my linen shortly thereafter, I found NO as in ZERO bedbugs, dead or alive.

Unscrupulous... that's the perfect word for them.

Liars and greed mongers with NO respect for human life. $$$$$

I had no bedbugs for 3 years and the one day I was not at home they came to inspect and low and behold the next day I had bedbugs. Other tenants have reported the same thing. I think they are bringing them with them in a vial and dumping them when no one is looking.

They have a contract with the city for a very large senior living facility and have found bedbugs on concrete, tile and wooden furniture and floors (go figure)

We contracted Isotech to provide quarterly preventive rat control. Not only were they unable to fix the problem.

It became worse!!! We paid them once to close off possible pest entrances. They never noticed the job was not done properly and we ended up dead rats ruining appliances and costing more to fix. If the job was done properly the first time this would never have happened.

Isotechs reponse was "There is nothing we can do." "I dont have a solution for you." Isotech left us with a dead rat smell. Therefore-

I do NOT recommend Isotech as a pest control service.
