They were going to issue a credit for the entire amount ($14). My answer was, Im not perfect. I could have done something not exactly perfect. I suggested to split the $14.
We did and I got $7.50 credit. No problem!

- - The nursery was good before; now customer service is poor and a Feb 2022 order yielded a dead tree, a sold-out notice, and refunds only for tree.
This used to be such a good nursery not too long ago.
Now they do not have a customer service, they do not answer the phone etc.
Now isons is a disaster.
I placed an order in Feb 2022 when they stated that they have all the trees ordered.
After more than 2 months they sent me one tree that looks dead, a sold-out notice, and want to refund only the price of the other trees.
In other words if I want to rebuy the trees I have to repay shipment fees.
Avoid

- - Ordered 2 persimmon trees and raspberries; received 3 dead sticks and dried berries invoiced for half-price replacements, promised free replacement.
Ordered 2 persimmon trees and several raspberry vines. Isons sent 3 dead brown sticks, I guess they thought I would be happy with 3 dead trees when I only ordered 2 and half the raspberries were dried up dead twigs also.
Complained on the phone and they send me an invoice to replace dead sticks at half price plus shipping. Had to laugh at that- fool me twice-no. Called again to complain and they said they would replace at no cost but never heard from them again.
Stay as far away from Isons nursery as possible. Wish I would have read reviews first, edwood2506
