Two and a half months later...and my package hasn't shipped!

Early in January 2014, I ordered two t-shirts and a poster online to coincide with the release of Tycho's new album. Total, my order came to slightly over $80 ($25 each for the shirts, and $30 for the poster...extremely over-priced, I know, but I considered it worth it.) Extremely excited, I sat back to wait for my purchases. ....and wait, and wait and wait. Concerned that after two weeks I still hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation e-mail, I checked the FAQs on their online site, ISO50, and discovered that shipping to the US usually takes one to three weeks. I was miffed, but continued to wait anyway. When three weeks had passed, and I still had not received a shipping-confirmation e-mail, I finally contacted their customer service- TWICE and received a response nearly two weeks after my first e-mail telling me that "during new album releases," product shipment takes "a bit longer" and that I would receive my packages MID-MARCH! It is the 15th and I have only JUST gotten an e-mail confirming that my package has shipped, and I can't even track it! Overall, I am appalled at the extremely HORRENDOUS customer service/support and am super disappointed in my favorite band! I will most definitely NOT be wasting my time on this site again and have since unsubscribed from their e-mails. Sorry, Tycho, but any future Tycho band merch I buy will have to be a knockoff because I absolutely refuse to go through this again.

Going through this right now.

Ordered on May 5th.

Requested some support on May 12th. Got a reply on the 16th, saying they were hit with a lot of orders and were struggling but hoped to have all orders shipped that week (mid-week as Linda wrote).

It's the 25th and haven't gotten a single thing in the mail, nor a shipping confirmation.

I've ordered things before and haven't had any issues at all. Not sure what's going on with the shipping department but this does not bode well for future sales from me.

I'm afraid I'm sharing your boat. I placed an order in early February for some posters, and a week later I got an email saying that the order had shipped.

Days went by and the package never moved out of the Preshipment status, and when I emailed customer support I was told I had to wait the full 21 days in case it happened to show up. If it didn't, they would send a replacement (if the items were still available) or issue a refund. Seriously? This was supposed to be a gift.

How about you take the chance that your customer just might end up with a couple of duplicate posters (which I would have returned, by the way.)

I have sent them another email now that the 21st (actually the 22nd) day has passed, and requested that they send a replacement via expedited shipping at no further cost to me. We'll see what they say. Unless they really turn things around I can guarantee I'll never place another order with them.

By the way, I would have placed an order for another poster as well...except I had a question about it, but didn't get a reply from customer service until a week after I asked.

By then, I had gotten tired of waiting and went ahead and placed my order without it. I guess that's a good thing; I could be waiting on ONE MORE POSTER.
