Islander Spa-Terrible customer service

Beware of terrible customer service. Order spa in October. They were suppose to deliver in November. I did not receive spa until December. Spa did not work. Could get no service as factory was closed for two weeks for the holidays. I tried multiple times to make contact with them. Now another week has passed and the factory is sending a tech out. Tech was here next day and the brain is bad. Talked to factory that day, said they would overnight product. Now six days later, after calling them several times to get tracking number which they can not provide and then being hung up on, I still do not have the part I need. Called again today and got the excuse that the product has been sitting at the UPS Store all week. Asked for tracking number which was given to me but it is invalid. Asked for Manager and all I get is a name and he is not in very often. With the economy the way it is you would think companies would do a better job at keeping their customers happy because without us they will go out of business.

The brain went out on mine too. Paid allot of money for it and then it doesn't work.

That is why I buy all my stuff from Japan or Korea. Better quality.


I thought I was reading my story, we had the same experience exactly. But it got worse, the spa cracked in two places over the next year.

AND they did go out of business. What a piece of junk!!
