I've had a bit of trouble returning the item and as of yet, have not done so. I attribute the problems to this being a Sunday, with no one available to answer the phone.

Can't get on website
I cant get on my account on the website the site will not open asks me to reset my password and it does not send me an email to do so I tried calling with no answer

I bought a 200 meters divers watch from Island watch and I had a problem of.it fogging up in the shower. He advised me its not water proof.
He then advised me to send it to Seiko in New Jersey. What kind of service did he support.
The other issue is my watch band fits between my wrist and elbow. He sends his personal flyer that there are no adjustments on the bands.
