My name is Kassandra, an employee from Strike 10 Hallandale Beach, I am emailing you today about one of our machines from your company that we have, and it has a few issues. The machine that I am inquiring about is the Island Oasis Sb2100 - Frozen Drink & Smoothie Ice Blender Machine.
One of the pieces from the container has broken off and we need a replacement for that item if available.
The second issue is that the blender is no longer shaving the ice.
Our mechanic has followed the steps that were provided on the machine, and it still has the same issue.
