Closed park
I have been placed in a refund list but the accountant who issues the refunds has gone on vacation. So I’m still waiting for my refund.
Good day.
I bought tickets on the 10/26/2023 but the park was closed and I was not able to use the tickets. I am not from Florida and am leaving on the 27/10/2023.
I wont be able to use the tickets before I leave.
I am looking for a full refund to tickets that were not used due to the fact that the park is closed. I was not allowed to choose a date for my tickets and noticed after the fact that the park was closed.

The park is closed. This was our last day on vacation we stay 4 hrs away its not easy to pick up and come back.customer service was a lot of help just wish there was a way I could talk to customer support over the phone instead of chat
