A SHAME THAT This place is horrible and never in a MILLION YEARS WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, THE PLACE HAS *** EVERYWHERE, NOT SAFE PEOPLE ALWAYS GETTING SOMETHING STOLEN OR BROKEN INTO, LAUNDRY MATS ARE DISGUSTING, PARKING SUCKS IF YOU WILL NOT FIND A SPOT AT 9PM ANY DAY OF THE WEEK, AND YOUR PAYING WAY TO MUCH FOR SUCH SMALL PLACES! DO YOUR RESEARCH THEYRE ARE OTHER PLACES THAT ARE OVER 200SQFT BIGGER AND CHEAPER AND HAS AC IN A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD! DO NOT BE FOOLED THIS PLACE IS HORRIFIC!!!

Island Club/AIMCO

Island Club is in Oceanside, California and is managed by AIMCO. What a terrible experience, thank goodness our lease is only 6 months and not a year. They put on a great act for future residents, but since signing the lease I have been lied to several times and also ignored when I voiced complaints about the promises not carried out. Their 'guest relations' number is an endless stream of unreturned calls. The place looks great at first, but the management needs to be replaced by people with business ethics. Please read this warning before you sign your lease too.
