The company is not a good place to work, it is not like a dream I.T. company that any fresher would like to join.

the recruiters are quite good and will manage to buy your faith at the time on interview but hings changes later on, when you join to work. Undue pressure from seniors and the responsibility of being responsible for their mistakes are too much to bear.

You might have to beg for leaves which you are actually already entitiled for and do not count urgent project's deadlines that may require you to attend office on weekends. Salary is good when the recuiter mentions it and bad when u get it.
