To help others by diverting them to another Lender
Lack of Respect for several of my clients customers. My customers went to iserve lending in Reno looking forward to starting their new journey in their new homes. They met with Tina occasionally to correspond, and give her updated documentation it was every month for 4 months. She wasn't following through with one loan in the 5 months I worked with her. The Customers called me monthly to ask when the loan would be completed. If they called Tina, she wouldn't respond in a timely matter, she also gave out wrong information irrelevant to their loan. With 8 clients using her for a loan, 8 clients never received a loan due to poor customer service.
