Bad customer seevice

No customer service number. I actually did find a number but no one answered or returned my call.
Im not able to send email because I dont have my password, cant reset password because the reset password never comes through. Im unable to log into my account.

This website is very sketchy and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE STAY OFF IT!!!! I made an account and I cant delete it and when I tried I was told I had to send a picture of my government ID; which is sketchy as *** Something I wish I wouldve noticed is the copyright at the bottom says 2017.
They have an app that you cant leave a review for.
I have sent over 10 messages and have gotten no reply, just a stupid automatic email saying they received my request. It seems like a scam!!!!!
