Last name spelled wrong
I tried to get my last name changed bc it was entered wrong n they wanted to charge me $1 to do it I couldnt reach anyone over the phone its a hassle to get help

This website is very sketchy and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE STAY OFF IT!!!! I made an account and I cant delete it and when I tried I was told I had to send a picture of my government ID; which is sketchy as *** Something I wish I wouldve noticed is the copyright at the bottom says 2017.
They have an app that you cant leave a review for.
I have sent over 10 messages and have gotten no reply, just a stupid automatic email saying they received my request. It seems like a scam!!!!!
Preferred solution: I want my account deleted!
