It's ridiculous how they Tell you spin and get free gifts you pay for something else and gifts always dissapear and you never get credit back to your account they intentionally flood the site with
The website has a whole bunch of free stuff if you buy something, and then you never get your free gifts.
Preferred solution: Fix website and make available a human being to talk to
