Have not received replacement Torx bits
Called back in March of this year for broken Torx bits was told that they were under warranty and would be replaced and delivered to my home address and yet they still have not arrived. I have called back several times and was reassured that I would get the replacement. Still waiting.

- Two torx bits stripped at the tip and won't drive wood screws.
- Replacement bits were ordered, but stock was out and delivery ETA was unknown.
Still no update on when my Torx bits will be delivered to me.
Two of my torx bits stripped or distorted at the end of the bit and would not screw in the wood screws. The person who I talked to on the phone was able to help me and placed an order to send replacement bits.
The only problem is the company didn't have them in stock and he couldn't tell me how long it would take before I would receive said tools. That is not acceptable because I have no idea that it could take up to, who knows, maybe a year.
