HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE BEWARE

I Took my vehicle 2004 bmw m3 for oil change with specific mechanic.Vehicle was given to a different mechanic how ruined the cars tuning software which was specific to the vehicle. After communicating this to the service advisor Andersen, Richard KIM and Frank Avina I received only denials and untruthful communication so I will be filing legal action to make sure this is corrected and others dont get scammed by this dealership.I have reported you to the better business bureau I will also be communication with YELP and other social media accounts and BMWCCA. I will be writing to GOOGLE SO YOU STOP APPEARING ON THEIR SEARCHES- TO INFORM THEM THAT YOU ARE THIEVES AND FRAUDS. SCAMMING PEOPLE AND STEALING THEIR MONEY and not man enough to take responsibility for your own errors. As team of untruthful and unorganized individuals managing IRVINE BMW we will be taking this matter further to small claims court and demand compensation for damages and time wasted and for filing legal documents. I will also be reporting you to the to all relevant sources to make consumers aware of how terrible you run your business and treat your customers. Your ratings will be closed down and you wont make victims of anyone else!! I am appalled and shocked. Youll be hearing from me soon. Alex Sarah
