I have NEVER witnessed such rude employees in my life. If this is considered acceptable then I have some serious questions about who is allowing these IRS to be so nasty and rude to callers who are literally just trying to pay their taxes and make sure they're doing right. Absolutely disgusting!

The most rudeness customer service ever . When I made they first call, she was literally yelling at and seemed to be pissed for no pbcious reason. I had to hand up on her and the second customer rep was worst. She was like "if you don't listen to me I'm gonna hand up on your right now". That was so disappointing and I had to hand up.
