Company fixed issue and I have been provided with full refund

This was the fault of the Office Manager at the time this happened, I don't know if she is related to the Dr or not, regardless she should have to take some serious customer service classes and Medicaid training course, I don't like to see anybody get fired but there was a lot of hate going on for no reason. I was told that this was not the first time, I truly wonder if she was taking money from Medicaid and the Customer.

Update 12/20/2019, nothing like Christmas at (Ironwood Family Dentist) Dr. Russell Murphy's office, and helping those in need, what a joke.

Medicaid is taking care of it, but before they stepped in, prior to this I was told to file complaints to States Attorney's Office, CFPB.gov, Credit Card Company as well as filing a complaint with Medicaid, and a couple of other agencies. -Something to learn out of this is simple, when you are trying to resolve a problem with an erratic “so-called Office Manager” just stop, it will only get you more upset and make matters worse, I already know from when Dr. Murphy called me back he was lied to by his staff person (Office Manager) it was going know where regardless he took her side (more than likely a family member) as well as other employees and nothing got resolved and in the meantime your still out your money.

Just file a complaint with those agencies, write a complaint here. Wait about thirty days, you have no choice until after they have completed their investigation.

STAY AWAY, Office Manager Carrie is rude tried to file a complaint to Medicaid against me (it's just a note) which failed miserably when she showed her actions over the phone to Medicaid. As I was told by Medicaid, file a grievance with Medicaid and have them look over the info for further provider issues, dont bother talking to them when they dont know what they are doing. Dates of SERVICE are located on the authorization when they refuse to bill when asked by Medicaid, its against Medicaid policy!
