I got a shark iron (G1435N) it worked great for about two weeks. Then the bottom fell out water spots and just going off just about every few minutes.
I can not iron 1 piece of clothing without it turning off. I have check everything.
They say this iron is so good, will I have been reading and they don't last. The only reason I have not taken it back is because I have insurance on this iron, but after what happen yesterday it's going back.

Bought 6 ion rechargables in the last year for our health clinic...bought 3 just last jan.along with 5 extra batteries and chargers.one of the vacs front roller wont turn,,put one in from another vac and vac works good...roller is bent- BRAND NEW--After 15 plus phones calls to the company and pushing #1 for English, I got every representive talking to me where I couldn't understand a word of THEIR English...I hung up on every one of them after minutes of frustration...I am now awaiting a call back from a supervisor--I hope they speak English...If not handles properly, we will never buy another shark product.........

I purchased a Rowenta 1700w because the iron changed settings on its own. I am happy with that part of it BUT.
As I am ironing on any type fabric with steam water drips onto the fabric no matter how much is in the reservoir, I hate ironing to start with and when something like this happens it makes the job harder. What can your company do to help me?

my 1st shark iron I thought was great until it just quit on me after not having it for very long. my mistake...…….I bought another and after less than 6 months it is trash.
the water is leaking out and it will not stay on for longer than about a minute.
very very disappointed with this product. they have lost my business for sure.

I purchase an shark iron from Best Buy. After a couple months of using it, it wouldn’t come on.
I contacted shark and they sent a replacement, no shipment fee. Before I received my new replacement, I purchased another shark iron from Walmart. It started leaking water after a month. I finally received my first replacement.
It really doesn’t heat up as well. Made another complaint for the second one had to pay $13.82 for shipping me this raggedy mess. I told the manager at the end of our conversation I wanted to complete the survey, he hung up on me. Go figure.
I will never buy another shark product, and I will make sure my family don’t either. I will go back to my panasonic iron.

Bought a Shark iron because of how it hold and protects it's cable. But as you use it often the cable begins to spark and burn.
