Unfriendly customer use portal
The worst customer service and a very bad designed portal. We email the company and they reply back on the most unhelpful way. Ah, forgot to mention, the waiting time on the line is around 20mins. Awful

Never use run as fast as you can horrible
They will not process and cancel my account. I have called 4 times and get the same run around. Someone is working on it and they can't help me. No calls back. This has been going on for over a month. Hold times ridiculous, then hung up on, etc. I will be posting on every site possible. If I could give a negative 10 I would.

Never ever again will I deal with this company
Security bin delivered to wrong address. (It was delivered at a time we were closed and signed for my someone who was not on staff)Two years later they are still getting chasing us for the service that we did not get. Same thing happened again and I was charged for two services for the month. Third time the bin was delivered to the wrong address, I again had trouble convincing them we did not get the service. Finally I cancelled service in June. Doesn't matter how many times I contact them they still keep sending me a monthly account.
