Piece of *** tablets
My children both received tablets for Christmas and neither one works very well. The tablets will shut off unexpectedly and will take 10 minutes to come back on. The chargers don't fit properly. My children are very upset because they can't play their games. I am very disappointed with these tablets. Considering how cheat the price was for the tablets were, I am not surprised that they don't work very well. These tablets are a huge disappointment but I know that I won't be able to return them since I can't find the online receipt.

My irola Worked For !0 minutes then needed a 8 hour charge with a plug that does not fit.Customer service said OH , well it was a gift we need proof of purchase 5 minutes of boring setup
This company is a JOKe Run don;t walk from iROLA DX752 Product.The worst customer service ever seen.They say customer service is their goal.hay wanted to sell me a charger for a defective product and she even said she seen that before.Unreal shI offered to send the product to them and she said she would;t know what to do with it.She wanted me to stick a metal needle inside a plugged in Product.Is she nuts .It doesn't charge.Will me getting shocked fix the battery or make the plug fit.I told her the neighbor who gave it to me is no longer with us and she laughed.Kiss my iroha.ok .I'm sick to my stomach.Anyone want it for a Table for your coffee cup to rest on.Unreal.Run RUN RUN! They really don;t give a rats rear end.And to laugh about a death just tops it.Its brad new I have box and packaging here.I have it plugged in for 30 minutes and all i get is a road sign "A yellow triangle with ! in the middle....What is this thing gonna explode.Lets put metal in the electrical outlet.WOW !Run people run the yellow triangle !!!!!!

Cracked in Shipment
When I went to use the Irola 7" Android Tablet it was cracked and I wanted it for my grandson's graduation pictures, which would not focus. I want a replacement tablet. I should hope you would stand by your product. I still have the original box it came in and I need you to replace my tablet. I have no number for NOMORERACK. RSVP my results, RRR.@ scrisp1972@***.net I have been trying to contact someone every since I open the box, to no avail. I am not writing for an ad, I want a replacement or my money back. Thanks!

IRola Tablet working fine until an abrupt white screen...
My mom bought me an iRola tablet for Christmas and I have been loving it. Yes, it is slow and it it no where near as good as I expected, but it gets the job done. Well I was using it until recently when all of a sudden the screen went blank and has been a bright white color ever since... I see NMR customer relations team is around to help resolve other people's issues with this iRola tablet purchase, how do I receive help with my problem! What are you people doing about these tablets and our loss of money. If you are going to sell it back it. Shame on you nomorerack!!!!!!! Some of us live on a fixed income and you allowed these people to steal our hard earned money!!!!! SHAME ON YOU I saved all year to get a tablet and it didn't work for a full day. Now I am out $70.00 dollars and still have no tablet so back to saving for another year. Do you think that's fair? How would you feel if it happened to your grandmother? I know I'm a nobody to you but I will blast this all over the social media. People trust you to not rip them off.....silly us. I will never use your site again.

Not working
My irola dx752 just stop working. I tuned it off to go in the church and then I was turning back on it will not come back on.what more do you want. I want another one. For me to have is judt 2 months that's not right.I beyed this irola two months ago and I know it subpises to work longer then just two months. When I got home I pug it up and it still did not come on. Its bad you have to hsve 100 words on hete before ypu can send this. My number is 770 335 **** my email is valerrb@***.com Thanks

I did not realize this was a complaint to anything other than the maker of the tablet. I have filed a complaint to the FTC AND BBB.I will keep going till I receive the right answer!
ok if you're trying to get a replacement or your money back why are you posting on this general complaints forum? this is NOT the place to seek reimbursement it's to COMPLAIN about something.
you should be targeting the site you bought it from not here. it only wastes your time doing so here.
What a NASTY reply! You can tell YOU don't have a customer service bone in your whole body.
Sometimes people need other people to help them decide on the best course of action. And, yes, sometimes people need to complain because they know they have been wronged but they don't know who to turn to. Try a little tenderness you Scrooge!
