BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE-PRODUCT
- - Elite hair-restoration bought for $3000; arrived late and smells toxic.
- - Poor service; no resolution; case for professional model does not fit.
To date, irestore has NOT offered any resolution.
I purchased their most expensive hair-restoration product. It is called the Elite retails for close to $3000.00
My ELITE finally arrived after having to wait for an extensive amount of time.
It stinks of a nauseating toxic plastic smell that has NOT subsided. It makes my hair stink and my scalp itchy!!! I complained numerous times and no one responded. I was never offered an explanation or resolution.
I have given it a fair amount of time to "air-out" and still it stinks. I am afraid to use it because it makes my hair stink and I am afraid of the toxicity.
I had also placed an order for the carry-case for the professional model; it was NOT as described. It does NOT fit the professional helmet and it is not protective. On their website; https://www.irestorelaser.com, it is made to look like the Elite case that came with the Elite; a hard black shell that would offer protection.
Instead it is made of CHEAP fabric, does NOT fit the professional model; far too small, and certainly would not offer any protection at all! I was told I can return it and incur the return shipping fees! That is how they treat a customer who bought the most expensive item they sell. I was then told I could get a video with instructions how to put the helmet into the carry case.
How ridiculous is that and how telling that obviously others have had the same complaint.
Then I was told I would receive an e-mail to return the case after requesting a pre-paid return label. I NEVER heard from anyone!!!
My experience with their customer service makes me doubt all of their business practices and warranties, since NO ONE has presented me with any resolution. My Elite stinks!!!
I do not trust that it is safe for use. It is toxic and I do NOT need to get sick from it!!!

I do not find it useful for my hair growth not because I have tested it over a time period. I just do not have the time to use them.
I want to return the product. It will not work for me due to time constraints.

I bought two bottles of your promotional hair vitamins to try one for me and one for my hubby, but I only received one bottle. I am seriously not pissed, just perplexed that I see two $6.95 charges on my statement, but missing a bottle.
Again, not pissed just perplexed. I am certain we will find a resolve be it a refund or resending a bottle; whatever is decided is fine with me.

- - Bought this 8 months ago and used it 3-4 times weekly with no results.
- - The money-back offer was not honored and the money spent felt wasted.
I bought this 8 months ago and used it diligently as suggested. 3- 4 times per week.
I saw no results. They also offer a money back offer but they would not honor it. So if you are going to try this know 2 things, it does not work as it in it will not regrow or slow hair loss, AND the money spent is money wasted.
Good luck to all and I hope you find something that works. This is certainly not it.
