Lousy work, lost customer service

They failed to fix my phone, they kept my money, and their customer service was terrible from the front desk all the way to the owner. Stay away. When it wasn't working after the first time they tried to fix it, I thought it was just a glitch. But when I brought it back in, and the person at the front desk had tried it with three different cables and confirmed that it wasn't working, I thought they would actually fix it. I was wrong. They looked at it, they did nothing to it, and they sent it back. Without mentioning that they hadn't actually done anything. They didn't call me back when they said they would, they told me my phone was working when it wasn't, and so on. It was a really irritating series of many phone calls and visits to their store. The problem still isn't solved, and they won't reimburse me, they just offer various "warranties" or whatever. Useless.

Lousy!

I-Repair It tried to fix my Galaxy which stopped working for no reason. and it came back all distorted and ill-fitting and they said they couldn't fix it but they would buy it from me for $25! I was angry and when i said no they said there was a diagnostic fee of 89$! I just walked out without paying and gave it to my nephew as a toy. Worst company in the Hyde Falls region. I don't know how they stay in business with practices like this. Bad bad bad. I ended up having to buy a brand new galaxy and it can't be rooted so now I have even less.

Stay away

These people don't return calls, they don't do good work and they don't stand behind their service. It took six weeks to fix an iPad and they never got it right. They have NO warranty on parts, service or accessories. They sold me *** knock-off Mac stuff that another Mac expert said was the cheapest *** he'd ever seen. When none of the four charger cords i bought worked, the owner, he's an ***, said "too bad, i shouldn't have bought his *** in the first place. I've done some looking around and i am one of many customers that has found this place to be completely useless. I can't imagine that a business that is this incompetent will be around much longer. Run away fast!

I love this place! My boyfriend cracked his iphone and the repair from irepair was seamless, less expensive than through Apple and handled professionally in very little time.

I also recently soaked my iphone 5, brought it to them and they gave it a fix, a clean & they didn't even charge me.

Although I hope not to break anything else,I'd definitely go back! :)

What a rude comment!

I have used them (iRepair.ca in Toronto) twice and had Fantastic service- Check Yelp, Check iRepair.ca Canada- see the hundreds of Positive comments made by US Toronto. If I break anything Apple again, I will Run to iRepair.ca .

Thanks guys at iRepair again and Pay this man's comment no attention.

Irepair Ipod repair service gave rotten service and terrible workmanship

I sent in an Ipod touch 2nd generation. It had a broken screen and glass. I tried to replace the parts with no luck. So I sent it in to Irepair. It came back with a BIG red hair btween the glass and lcd display. It also was not fully seated in the metal frame. The glass started to pop out and broke in three places. My daughter hid it thinking it was her fault, knowing I spent more to fix it than it cost to buy a new 4th gen Ipod. I bitched about the hair and got a $30 refund, but that was before I knew about the cracks. Now the bottom half does not work. What really *** me off is that she had a gel case on it and it still broke.
