New Reviewer falsely charged & has no customer service

An trial membership turned into a full paying membership, even after we had supposedly cancelled it. No notice was given of this membership error. Then, a $40 charge was randomly placed on our account. We hadn't been on in over 5 months! This company supposedly has phone-in customer support, which is terrible and hard to understand, and full of unskippable advertisements. After five minutes of automated system, you finally get the option to be transferred to an agent. Their phone line is ALWAYS having errors. Three calls each two weeks apart all yielded the same phone-line-down excuse. Do NOT get involved with this scam!
