They use all kinds of tricks in the book to buy (steal) their homes and sell for a big profit.The worst dishonest used car salesmen are ten times more honest than these *** including the owner Jared Irby and Rhen Bartlett. I paid them $3000 deposit to purchase a property and while I had one day left to my deadline to come up with the rest, they cancelled the contract and kept my $3000. Of course I am dragging their *** to the court to collect but that showed what kind of low life *** these greedy people are. No principals, no honor and value and just willing to lie, and cheat for a little profit ! stay away.
