Pissed customer.
I followed the directions and received an email stating my account was closed and I still had access until April 1 and they would not take anymore money out of my account. Today is April 4 and they took $39.99 out of my account.
Now I have to call my bank and cancel my debit card and get a new one. I am 70 years old and can barely walk so, it is a big hassle for me.
I have to find someone to take me to my bank and let them know I am sending someone else in to pick my debit card up. Then, I have to charge all my accounts with the new number.
