I made late payment of my domain name registration, due 24/3/22, paid 14/4/22 (3 weeks late). We had a major flood and all coms went down in northern NSW Australia. Domain name now up for grabs, de-listed by google. I've had huge difficulties in contacting them: can't find a link to accounts on the site; their phone number doesn't work, nor does their complaints email. I've been a customer since 1986, so I was a bit surprised.

User's recommendation: Check that this company is still operating an hasn't been hacked: buyer beware.

Worst tech suppoet ever

Can not deliver to google mx hosted business emails. Costs me 10s of thousands a week and did not give a *** I think i was talking to a chat bot for 30 plus session. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS *** SERVICE>;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;DO; DO

Unreliable Billing A Problem At Ipower

IPOWER HAS CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION FOR AN ANNUAL RENEWAL WHEN I HAD MADE ARRANGEMENTS NOT TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, NOT KEEP MY CARD INFORMATION ON FILE, AND HAD CALLED IPOWER IN MAY SO AS NOT TO BE CHARGED ON JUNE 1 AS IPOWER HAD INCICATED TO ME IN AN EMAIL. I TOLD IPOWER I WOULD BE GOING TO MONTHLY BILLING AND WOULD CALL BACK IN BEFORE JUNE 16 TO MAKE A PAYMENT. MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED THE FULL ANNUAL RENEWAL FEE WITHOUT MY PERSMISSION ON JUNE 4. THIS IS CRIMINAL. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE MASSACHUSETTS ATTORNEY GENERAL TOMORROW AND WILL BE DEMANDING THAT I BE COMPENSATED FOR ALL THE TROUBLE IPOWER HAS CAUSED .

Fraudulent charges

Ipower - Fraudulent charges
Because I have had problems with iPower charging me for services not authorized before, I went online to research web hosts and found iPower had many negative reviews so I cancelled my web hosting service with them on May 6th and have two emails from them confirming that they cancelled my services. I even removed my credit card information so they would not charge me the $286.80 for the renewal. What did they do? They charged my Pay Pal. I have since been on the phone with billing at ipower only a few hours after they charged my card yet they tell me it will take 7-10 days to get my money back. By the way, I switched my web hosting to ehosts.com which was $200 less.

Ipower cashcard mastercard presented by Jackson Hewitt

Money was stolen off my card,while I was at work. All my money! YOU guys have done nothing to help me get the money back. I WORKED AT THE Best Western Tacoma Dome Hotel.IT is located at 2611 East E ST Tacoma WA. 98421. I Believe I Know who did it.The money was taken out 2/15/2006,Found out my money was gone on my birthday 02/16/1970.The money that was taken was $121.50&202.00&202.00&$202.00&$121.50&$201.50.These were taken out at a grocery gas station located at 72ND MCKINLEY in Tacoma ,WA.THE OTHER AMOUNTS WERE TAKEN OUT at Wells Fargo Bank machine.In side of the Safeway Store,located at the corner of 72Nd and Portland Ave in Tacoma,WA.Please Help Tammy Donohue

IPOWER uncooperative in my attempts to leave

I have had web hosting accounts with them for more than five years. Through out this time they have made changes, without my authorization, that has caused me to lose the abliity to receive email from my customers, have my websites unreachable to my customers and potential customers, treat domains as expired that I had paid thru the year 2016 to them, and have had them not renew domains that they admit were marked as auto renew and that they had current credit card info. Now I have been attempting for over a week to get all 16 of my domains transferred to another provider, but they keep blocking my attempts by refusing to send me the usernames and passwords I need to release the domains to my new provider, who I am presently paying to host my websites and email but cannot because the domains are tied to ipower.
