This Company You Can't Speak To a Human Customer Service Person
- - Calls ring then hang up; no live human.
- - Website lacks live chat despite ads.
- - Difficult to contact; issues with domain.
I have been trying to call the phone number listed to speak to a human regarding my website domain. The number they have listed rings and then hangs up on you before you can even speak to anyone.
And they don't even have somewhere on their website where you can live chat with someone, as their ad instructs that they have a chat in place, which is a lie.
I'm bringing awareness to these companies that are dealing with our most prize, which is having your own domain, and now, when there is an issue, you cannot get in contact with anyone at all. This is not acceptable.
