i am really unhappy with my service and i never got my over charge payment portion back just for yall to try to charge me again but wont disclose the amount
ive had nothing but attitude and problem from the staff at the office (except for the older male) and i have had time sensitive things (court documents ) not uploaded properly timed when received . i have had mail not even imaged in as well as getting someone else ipostal mail more than once and she is a doctor i did inform her that her mail was being freely handed out because the lady didnt want to do her job she apply for and just think its ok to be rude i wants nothing to do with the store front and if i must take legal action to recieve all my belongs (im missing a package that i refuse to pick other mail up if its all not there) i will. i only have not came because there either not imaging my mail or gave it to someone and either way its a problem.

Good morning, my name is Erica Henson, I would like to make a complaint about my mail being missing or being sent back if that is the case. I have a few pieces of mail that was not at my facility where I pick up my mail.
This past Friday date of 9/15/23, I went to pick up my mail and all of my mail was not present at the facility, at 2957 Festival Way #123 Waldorf, MD 20601. I have very important mail pieces that will be coming to my mailbox, especially from IRS and since my mail was not there I don't feel confident that I will receive that mail or even if what I am looking for has already come and been scattered around in other boxes, I was given 3 to 4 mails from my box 1029 that were not mine and was allowed to sign off on the mail that wasn't mine from an employee who didn't thourghly check my name with the box number. I had to stay at that facility 3 hours from 6 in the evening until almost closing time for the employees there to search for my mail in which it took away from my time for me to go handle other important things that I had to take care of. Can someone please get in contact with me about this matter please.
