Horrible Service on phone with customer service

Your person I talked to on the phone had an attitude from the start. Could tell he hates his job. No help at all. My handicap plate was on my equinox then on my new vehicle a Bronco. Same plate moved to different car. As you can tell registered to me. He wouldn’t help me to understand. Nasty attitude. I’ve paid my $3.30 missed (?) tolls with the $9.00 fees. But this entire experience for an old person with high blood pressure was awful Susan Bronson
