LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hello! I signed up for one month (very clearly on my invoice it says "ONE MONTH"), and they continue to bill me every month and send harassing text messages with misspellings demanding payment. I have called, emailed, filled in their text box request on their website "customer service" 10+ times - never answered once. Similar reviews mention the same unfortunate experience.style=" Shame on you, iPark,

If I could rate as negative stars I would. Brought my car for a 2 hour stay in January 2021. I always walk around the car to give a quick inspection before departing (not sure if it would have made a difference to the end result, please read further). This time I didnt, I drove straight home only to realize $1,500 of damage to my back bumper. I called one hour after leaving the garage and they told me to bring back the car and file a claim. I took the following day off, drove back to NYC from Suffolk County to complete the claim form and have them take pictures. Three weeks later I get a form letter indicating that they concluded their investigation and would not cover the damage. Here is the thing, they damaged the car (100%, as I had it cleaned in the morning prior to heading into NYC and dried it myself) and they have insurance to cover situations of this sort. Could it be that they have not created a culture where an employee feels comfortable coming forward and admitting that they made a mistake. Perhaps just dishonest employees within the ranks. Either way I am out $1,500 plus a vacation day. So frustrating and simply wrong. , I Will AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS. WILL EITHER FIND ANOTHER LOT OR PARK ON THE STREET, ITS SAFER IN MY EXPERIENCE!
User's recommendation: Street or alternative garage.

I took my car to this garage on July 25, 2020, to keep it parked for 2 days during my stay in New York. Unfortunately, when I went to pick the car up on July 27, 2020, I did a walk around after they brought the car back out and noticed damaged to the front of my car. Mind you, I take very good care of my car and I look at it often. The bumper was scraped and had fresh marks on it, also the paint was chipped on the bumper by the hood. I find an employee and asked him what happened and showed him the damage. He immediately got defensive and said it was there when I brought it. Funny thing is, he wasnt working when I brought it in. Of course, me being very angry we had a few words back and forth. Great customer service by the way, to argue with a customer. Also when I was taking pictures of any signs in the office that I may need, he told me I could go now and told me its best if I never came back there. Obviously, I will never be coming back. Ill park my car in the middle of an intersection before I park in this garage ever again. Anyways, back to the damage. My friend offered to repaint the bumper for me for $200, thats all Im asking for. Or I can take you guys to small claims court for the $703 estimate I was quoted by my body shop. My lawyer is already aware of the situation and ready. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures before I parked my car. But I do have a photo of my car 6 days prior to parking in the garage with no damage at all. And also I took a video while I was still in the garage, of the damage, I wiped the marks off to show how fresh it was. I look forward to hearing from you guys, thanks.
User's recommendation: Park elsewhere.

Really risky if something happens to your car... you don't get reimbursed.
We were in NYC to elope and the Ipark location on 180 worth street was the closest garage. Our vehicle had been moved at least twice, once when my husband dropped off his car (and it was moved downstairs in the basement area) and again to the spot closest to the ramp wall for us to pick it up before the end of our reservation time. Upon pickup of the vehicle, we noticed the clock on the car was wrong, and the car would not shift out of gear. We asked an attendant for help and he shrugged his shoulders and said “i dont know”. The other attendant that was in the lot barely looked in our direction during the several hours that we were stuck in the garage, blocking the one side of the ramp. Other customers had to drive around the vehicle to enter and exit the garage. We had to have the car towed after hours of not getting any assistance, to a shop over 30 miles away since we’re not residents of New York and were visiting family after we got married with no way to get home ***on our wedding night. We had the vehicle inspected at a shop and it was determined the shifter cable had been broken from mishandling. Given that the car was driven without issue to the garage, and this issue occurred after the vehicle had been parked in the garage, we determined this was caused by the mishandling of the valets in the garage.
