Rude people and dishonest
we decided to park there since my daughter moved in today. I got there at 8:46am told them I would be done at 3:30.
he gave me the ticket and it said 9:00am - 3:30pm and it was suppose to be 36.00. when I went to get my car at 2:55pm which is 35 minutes earlIDR than the time I told them he charged me an additional 10.00 because he wrote the wrong time down, and said sorry you came 15 minutes earlier than you were suppose to.
I said what!!!
but you did that, and Im leaving 35 minutes earlier.
Very nasty people!!! do not use this place they are a rip off and very rude!
I gave them the 10.00 and will never go back!!

I plan on never parking at an ipark garage again...and this is why.
We booked 430-****p 5/4 for $29.70. All other garages in NYC that we've used give you MANY hours more than you book.
I never even thought to ask. Their paper work did not reflect any info about time just a qr code. We got back later than expected due to play running over and quick coffee, never realizing this would be a problem. The attendant guy charged my husband an extra $29 for an hour!
This is outrageous.
I am writing this on Google, Yelp and everywhere else I can locate unless they credit back this charge. DO NOT USE IPARK

If I could rate as negative stars I would.
Brought my car for a 2 hour stay in January 2021. I always walk around the car to give a quick inspection before departing (not sure if it would have made a difference to the end result, please read further).
This time I didnt, I drove straight home only to realize $1,500 of damage to my back bumper.
I called one hour after leaving the garage and they told me to bring back the car and file a claim.
I took the following day off, drove back to NYC from Suffolk County to complete the claim form and have them take pictures.
Three weeks later I get a form letter indicating that they concluded their investigation and would not cover the damage.
Here is the thing, they damaged the car (100%, as I had it cleaned in the morning prior to heading into NYC and dried it myself) and they have insurance to cover situations of this sort. Could it be that they have not created a culture where an employee feels comfortable coming forward and admitting that they made a mistake. Perhaps just dishonest employees within the ranks. Either way I am out $1,500 plus a vacation day.
So frustrating and simply wrong.

I Will AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS. WILL EITHER FIND ANOTHER LOT OR PARK ON THE STREET, ITS SAFER IN MY EXPERIENCE!

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hello!
I signed up for one month (very clearly on my invoice it says "ONE MONTH"), and they continue to bill me every month and send harassing text messages with misspellings demanding payment.
I have called, emailed, filled in their text box request on their website "customer service" 10+ times - never answered once.

Verified ReviewerDamaged my vehicle
I took my car to this garage on July 25, 2020, to keep it parked for 2 days during my stay in New York. Unfortunately, when I went to pick the car up on July 27, 2020, I did a walk around after they brought the car back out and noticed damaged to the front of my car.
Mind you, I take very good care of my car and I look at it often. The bumper was scraped and had fresh marks on it, also the paint was chipped on the bumper by the hood. I find an employee and asked him what happened and showed him the damage. He immediately got defensive and said it was there when I brought it.
Funny thing is, he wasnt working when I brought it in. Of course, me being very angry we had a few words back and forth. Great customer service by the way, to argue with a customer. Also when I was taking pictures of any signs in the office that I may need, he told me I could go now and told me its best if I never came back there.
Obviously, I will never be coming back. Ill park my car in the middle of an intersection before I park in this garage ever again. Anyways, back to the damage. My friend offered to repaint the bumper for me for $200, thats all Im asking for.
Or I can take you guys to small claims court for the $703 estimate I was quoted by my body shop. My lawyer is already aware of the situation and ready. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures before I parked my car. But I do have a photo of my car 6 days prior to parking in the garage with no damage at all.
And also I took a video while I was still in the garage, of the damage, I wiped the marks off to show how fresh it was. I look forward to hearing from you guys, thanks.

Really risky if something happens to your car... you don't get reimbursed.
We were in NYC to elope and the Ipark location on 180 worth street was the closest garage.
Our vehicle had been moved at least twice, once when my husband dropped off his car (and it was moved downstairs in the basement area) and again to the spot closest to the ramp wall for us to pick it up before the end of our reservation time.
Upon pickup of the vehicle, we noticed the clock on the car was wrong, and the car would not shift out of gear. We asked an attendant for help and he shrugged his shoulders and said “i dont know”. The other attendant that was in the lot barely looked in our direction during the several hours that we were stuck in the garage, blocking the one side of the ramp. Other customers had to drive around the vehicle to enter and exit the garage.
We had to have the car towed after hours of not getting any assistance, to a shop over 30 miles away since we’re not residents of New York and were visiting family after we got married with no way to get home ***on our wedding night.
We had the vehicle inspected at a shop and it was determined the shifter cable had been broken from mishandling. Given that the car was driven without issue to the garage, and this issue occurred after the vehicle had been parked in the garage, we determined this was caused by the mishandling of the valets in the garage.

Horrendous & Saboatge
I arrived at the lot at 404 39th St. today at noon, having prepaid to park.
I pulled in and noted it was a one way enter and exit. I was told a car was coming out and to back up onto the street, which I did. The attendant then told me three more cars were coming out and I would have to wait. I let him know I prepaid (and would therefore be waiting).
He yelled, "TOO BAD", and walked away. He then came out asked me for my prepaid ticket which I gave him. He then asked me to read him the numbers. I explained to him that I said I had prepaid not because I expected him not to move out the other cars, but simply to let him know I would be waiting.
He said he didn't care, that everyone prepays. He then took my car and I thought to myself that he would do something to my car while I was gone as he had been very nasty and aggressive. When returned to the lot at 1:30, he took my ticket went to get my car, came up without it and asked me for the keys (which he very well knew were of course left in the car). He told me my car wouldn't start and told me to get into the car elevator alone with him and wouldn't let me bring my son.
He then proceeded to take a customer, put me in the corner of the elevator and pull a large car in. When I got to my car I saw scratches near the window, which was open and surprise, somehow had a dead battery. I told him he had clearly done something to the car to cause this to happen at which point he threw up his hands saying, "no, no, what could happen, with a smirk on his face?" He then told me to call AAA. I asked didn't the garage full of cars have jumper cables, his answer NO.
As I stood outside in the freezing cold calling AAA, he suddenly appeared with jumpers and brought my car up.
Horrendous treatment from the moment I arrived, he then sabotaged my car, made me ride alone with him to the basement leaving my son upstairs and said he couldn't help me. Will be letting everyone who I can reach know NEVER to use any of your lots.
Charged incorrectly did not honor pre-paid parking pass
I recently parked at the 552 West 30th Street parking deck and had a SpotHero purchased for Sat Sep 1st from 5 PM to Sep 2 5 PM. I went to the attendant before my time was up to ask for an extension till Sep 3 and he ran the SpotHero Code.
I would then owe for the additional night. When I checked out the following day Sep 3 at 1:30PM I was charged $100 the for 2 nights instead of the one additional night. The parking attendant could not refund me half the amount taken from my credit card. I was supposed to only have been charged $50 not $100.
He told me to message iPark. Called customer service and the man was rude and told me he could do nothing.
Accused me of not checking out after the time was up did not bother to look at my ticket to see that I was within my 24 hr limit. Bad bad bad do not park here

Disgraceful customer service at park 200 E70th street NYC
I purchased a park whiz parking pass to this garage. I parked for the day in the garage.
At first when I checked out and they got me my car, I forgot to give the attendant the prepaid parking pass and I paid the bill on my charge card. Then all of a sudden I remembered my prepaid parking pass. I told the attendant I had a parking pass and paid by mistake with my charge card. The garage refused to credit my charge card for the $47 and honor the $21 parking pass I purchased.
They even called the manager of the garage who didn't care either. He just said to call Park whiz to give mea refund. He said they'd refund me $47. Of course they wouldn't.
The gave me the $21 back. I'm out an additional $26.
I won't be parking at park again. It's Not a Very Nice place.
