Disappointment.
I bought 1 coat, and 2 velvet dresses.I received the coat. No dresses. No notifications from Iount. I had to chase them up. Two months later, they said one dress wasnt available, and I'm still waiting for the refund for that. I also had to chase up the second dress I ordered. Nothing like what they had pictured.1st dress(pic) is what they pictured. 2nd dress is what I received.

Terrible company. My order never arrived. I have requested a refund that hasn't happened. Basically a scam to steal from people.

I ordered shoes and they were in horrible conditions when I received them. I tried returning them and they will not honor their return policy.This company is the worst and their products are poor quality.

Scam won't cancel orders
I ordered a dress from them and my bank immediately flagged it as fraud, so I tried to cancel my order. But guess what the only way to cancel is to email their customer service department, which doesn't email you back until the middle of the night when you can't respond back. So I told my bank to flag it as fraud and if course they canceled my debit card. Iount customer service emailed me back and asked if I would rather keep my order and they'd give me 5-10% off my next purchase, I told them no to cancel it. Didn't receive an email back. The money was still taken from my account and the order was shipped this morning. Don't trust this site. Don't buy from themDon

They aren’t honoring their return policy
I ordered a pair of shoes that took forever to be shipped and once they arrived, without even taking them out of the packaging, I realized they weren't great quality! They also do not suit the event I am shopping for. And, that doesn't matter! I DO NOT WANT THEM! These people are denying my refund of an unopened and unworn product! Offering me $4 to keep them..WTF?!?! If sent them a screenshot of the return policy, they're obviously abandoning! I plan to review them on every outlet possible! Also contacting my bank! SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS!

Item I ordered was poor quality, sizing was off and when I tried to return it I could not even find a company phone number. They do not provide a return address. I emailed them but alas no response.

I paid for $90.15 worth of clothing...4 items. I received 1 item that was not correct sizing becaue they hid the fact they were from China and used a different sizing chart. I opened a claim on PayPal, and was sent an item that I never ordered. It was also not made correctly, as the sleeves were messed up. Through PayPal, they offered me $27.00 so I refused it. Now, they want me to PAY to send back the 2 items...which weren't even what I ordered, in order to get my refund. This really isn't a resolution so PayPal is also screwing me over.

Bought some clothing online. Got an email that said I still had items in my cart. Ignored that email. Waited 6 weeks and contacted company and was told that the items were no longer available. Asked for my payment to be refunded. Then received notification that one of the items had been posted. Asked for my payment to be refunded. Informed that once an item was posted that no refund could be processed. Have since repeatedly, requested a refund but no contact.

Ordered boots for my friends birthday and myself a pair. Took forever to get but when I did!
What a joke. Looked nothing like the pictures, too small plastic boots. They answered to start with wanting pictures. Sent everything and now they will not answer any emails.
Biggest scam ever!
Should be shut down. Do not waste your time or money for this thief!
