Noone has answered my email about my order. It has been a week since i emailed.
I emailed for size exchange procedures. I have yet to get an answer.
It has been over a week. Unhappy.
I like the product quality, but there needs to be a way to speak directly to someone. This makes me not want to order again.

Horrible customer service
- - Ordered 3 Ionix leggings on June 8, 2026; not delivered by July 20.
- - Tracking from SHOP and UPS is not working; refunds requested but not issued.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING THE IONIX LEGGINGS!! I order 3 pair on June 8, 2026, still havent gotten them on July 20th.
Tried tracking on SHOP & UPS but the tracking # doesnt work. Emailed 7 times already and got one message back saying I should have them shortly they are on their way. Waited a week still nothing. Emailed again.
Got email back saying I should already have them, but I dont! Asked for info on tracking and nothing! Asked for refund 3 times, nothing!
What a pathetic company! I want my money back!

I have an order that I'm trying to return and I can't reach anybody? It says it's refundable but how? I want my money back.
They won't answer the emails and there is no number..they guaranteed their product was refundable at the time of ordering..there is no return instructions, receipt how to contact them..nothing
