Gateway error message
Making contact was excellent, now to see if they can do what was supposed to be done long ago.
I have requested a service technician to come out, then I was informed that a service needed to be paid in advance, which I did. However, I insisted that a service fee was wrong. Your superiors finally agreed and refunded the fee, and said a technician would come out. That never happened.
I still need the service to fix the problem, which is identified by an error message from Enphase. I've assumed that the availability of a technician has been difficult due to an excessive workload. I can't imagine that your workload is still as bad as it was in the summer.
Please, let's get this taken care of. Call me to set a date for the service.

When will our solar panels be installed? We have been waiting since July, and the permits were approved Oct 3rd. Why are you taking so long to install and set up a date?
