Hi, I got IBE on Thursday from a certified stylist, and aside from the extensions being way too short, they're also really dead and fried feeling, even though they are new. It is very clear which hair is mine vs.
the IBE hair based on the coarse texture alone, and I am very disappointed in the quality. My stylist said she emailed you and didn't receive a response.
My hair has now become one of my biggest insecurities, and it's been over a week without a concrete response from both the stylist and IBE, who I DMed twice via Instagram. Please let me know what we can do to fix this situation.
