Scam!!! They can’t be reached for getting return information!!!

Trying to return two purchased invisaWear necklaces and customer service wants me to pay for a service that wants to charge me $45 to resolve the issue! InvisaWear AI support claim its $1.00.

Why do I have to pay anything to deal with their support! I got no response from my email and my 30 day return for a refund is June 3rd!!!?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I called Telus and talk to a person I .

I knew the date that I had bought the first one and it had been a year and 2 months.

they replaced it for me and I am to return the other one. I was very satisfied with their response.

I dont know if theres a battery in there that needs to be changed, but I cannot get into it. I cannot get any answers.

Nobody answers the phone when I call. This is an absolute disgrace for Telus to be involved with this.

I at first thought it was a great service until it quit working and I cant get any answers. What is going on?

We guarantee one year but we find it is typically 2-3 years for most people depending on the usage. The app will automatically detect once your battery is running low, and it will then send you a notification and give you the option to purchase a discounted replacement charm. Since you are a SmartWear customer, you will need to contact Telus Support in order to get the best assistance. I have provided TELUS SmartWear Security customer service information below.

I'm not pissed at them. I don't know how I ended up here.

My chain broke because my dog snagged it, and I'm inquiring about getting a new one. That's all.

Taking too long to resolved. Still waiting for my order.

In the beginning, I saw that the chain was 50 dollars cheaper, but then I noticed that the front part of the alarm is very weak due to the elevation caused by the stone. I want to return it and get a different product.

I would prefer the star, which is flat in the front. But I want to know if it's possible to have a 20 or 18 size necklace.

The app is not working

It says I have to have a necklace but I don't have one and I need another way to get in. I just wanted to see if anybody can help me with that.

The app won't let you move forward with the setup unless you connect the jewelry/accessories.

Cancel because I’m moving to assisted living and they have their own system

I have gone on line to try and find a direct phone number to contact to cancel the use of InvisaWear and the monthly fee because circumstances in my living arrangements have changed.
