Asking of payment for approval fee,to release the fund to be transfer to my account I doubt in this payment which is big amount $400 USD to be pay, I thought it's a kind scammed. They want to send the money through money gram to Ms Angela Davis, and purpose of family expenses or family living instead of payment for approval
