No support, no response, cut short fully paid subscription

Paid full year's subscription in June 2020 including email alerts, yet they cut short the alerts end of April 2021 for a subscription paid for until end of June 2021. Tried contacting Customer service several times and it turned out to be a waste of time, they do not seem to be able to rectify the situation.

User's recommendation: stay away, service offers zero support, they do not respond to questions.
