Cannot get my money back.

I have tried to get my money back - they are very pushy and are telling me I need to pay them to withdraw the money on my account. Requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago and still not had a reply. Everytime I call I get cut off.

User's recommendation: Don't bother.
