I recently purchased a depigmentation cream from your inveda website which is https://inveda.in However, I noticed that the product is not at its best quality. Right off the bat, I noticed a damage/defect on the product that I'm pretty sure should not be there. I returned the product to the branch along with a copy of the receipt, as instructed on your return policy but still it's been 10 days I didn't got any confirmation on my product.Very Bad Service. I also request the company to make a replacement or a refund for the product but they denied and blocked my number from their database.
