This was my second backpack that I had ordered from Invatec. The first was in 2021.

The first pack (model 868) I bought was riddled with issues, but it was cheap and every time I called, they shipped me out replacement parts for free. The site says they have a 3 year warranty and they stood behind it. Then in 2024 I upgraded to their new back pack fogger the 915 Model. I had immediate issues, including a bad new ball valve design that resulted in me having chemicals pour down my leg mid job.

They did replace the ball valve with the old ball valve from the 868 model. Fast forward a couple weeks and the back pack was no longer working, bogging out bad. I knew the problem immediately cause the same thing happed on the old model. It's an air leak in the gas tank; they use bad cheap gaskets that is very specific to their gas tanks, so a new tank assembly is necessary to fix.

The difference is that it took the old pack 2 years to fail, the ball valve and gas tank failing happened on the new model with 2 months of owning the pack. It took a long time to finally get in contact with someone at the company but when I did, he told me they do not have to honor the 3-year warranty for commercial accounts and that he was deleting me from the system and to not contact them again. He hung up on me and I have not been able to contact them again. They knew I was a commercial applicator, my account was under my business since 2021!

They will not resolve the issue and to my knowledge they are still selling a pesticide sprayer with faulty ball valves that will fail and leak the contents on the applicator. I filed with the BBB and they dropped the case because they also could not contact the company. Horrible, irresponsible company, with no customer service.

Dont be cheap like me or fooled by the "warranty". Buy a sprayer from a reputable company that can be trusted or at least contacted.
