Into The Blue - Refund inquiry

Good afternoon

My husband and I were meant to be comming to see the spitfire tour this Thurs the 16th nov.unfortunately I have tested possitive for Covid and we have had to cancel.we have tried to come on three occasions now but due to sickness we have had to cancel them.we cant see it happening in the forseeable future and we would like to request a refund if possible.such a shame as we were so looking forward to this
